Efficiency Manitoba Window & Door Rebates — $100 per Window or Door

Eligible Manitoba homeowners and landlords can receive a $100 rebate for each qualifying ENERGY STAR® certified triple-pane window or door installed in an eligible home.

Eligible products must be new, purchased in Canada, and meet current Efficiency Manitoba requirements. Homeowners should keep ENERGY STAR labels and supporting invoices, as this information may be required when applying for the rebate.

Applications must generally be submitted within 90 days after the products are installed and paid in full.

Income-Qualified Manitoba Window & Door Rebates — $300 per Window or Door

Income-qualified Manitoba homeowners and tenants may be eligible for a $300 rebate for each qualifying ENERGY STAR® certified triple-pane window or door through Efficiency Manitoba’s Energy Efficiency Assistance Program.

Household income requirements apply, and eligible products must meet current Efficiency Manitoba program requirements. The program is designed to provide additional support for households that qualify based on income.

Efficiency Manitoba also offers $300 window and door rebates through certain First Nation and Red River Métis programs, depending on household and program eligibility.

Manitoba Hydro Home Energy Efficiency Loan

Eligible Manitoba homeowners may finance qualifying energy-efficiency upgrades through Manitoba Hydro’s Home Energy Efficiency Loan. Financing can be used for eligible window and door upgrades that meet Manitoba Hydro’s technical requirements.

Loan payments are added directly to the customer’s Manitoba Hydro energy bill. Financing must be approved before work begins or products are purchased.

Homeowners may also be able to receive an Efficiency Manitoba rebate while using Manitoba Hydro financing for the same qualifying upgrade.
