Window & Door Rebates & Government Loans in British Columbia

Save on Energy-Efficient Windows & Doors in British Columbia
BC Window and Door Rebates can help eligible homeowners reduce the cost of qualifying energy-efficient upgrades. Available incentives depend on factors such as the home’s energy provider, heating system, household income, product efficiency, and current program requirements.
Current programs include standard window and door rebates of up to $2,000, as well as enhanced rebates of up to $7,500 for qualifying income-qualified households that meet specific FortisBC requirements.
Rebate programs and eligibility requirements can change over time. AlphaTech Windows & Doors can help homeowners explore qualifying energy-efficient window and door options, while final rebate eligibility is determined by the applicable program provider.
Standard BC Window and Door Rebates — Up to $2,000
Eligible B.C. homeowners may receive $100 per qualifying Tier 2 window or exterior door, up to a maximum rebate of $2,000 through the Home Renovation Rebate Program. Eligibility depends on the home’s utility provider, heating system, qualifying products, and current program requirements.
Qualifying windows and doors must meet current energy-efficiency requirements and be professionally installed by an eligible licensed contractor. Homeowners should confirm eligibility before purchasing products or beginning installation.
The rebate is offered through participating B.C. energy-efficiency programs, with requirements varying between BC Hydro and FortisBC customers.
